Refund & Cancellation for Rise Magazine

At RISE Magazine, we value our readers and subscribers. Since we provide digital content and services, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the intellectual property of our creators.

1. Digital Subscriptions

  • Non-Refundable: Digital subscriptions (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable once access to the premium content has been granted.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged for the next period.

2. Digital Products (E-magazines/PDFs)

  • Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales of individual digital magazine issues or special editions are final. No refunds will be issued once the download link has been sent or accessed.

3. Event Tickets / Workshop Registrations

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: Eligible for a full refund (minus a small processing fee).
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: Non-refundable, but tickets may be transferred to another individual with prior written notice to our team.

4. Merchandise (If applicable)

If RISE Magazine offers physical goods (e.g., print copies, apparel):

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for changes of mind on physical merchandise once the order has been shipped.

5. Duplicate Payments

In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge, we will process a full refund for the accidental transaction within 7–10 business days upon verification.
